Poker - Play for Real

  1. If you have installed Poker then double click the Poker icon on your desktop.

  2. Depositing

    In order to play 'for real' you will need to deposit funds into your Ecash Direct Account. To deposit money simply click on the Cashier button in the software. Then click Deposit in your ECash Direct Electronic Cash Menu.

    To enable you to deposit you will need to have your temporary or permanent PIN number that has been send or emailed to you.

    There are many different methods by which to deposit funds into your account, click on the links below.

    Enter the amount of funds you wish to deposit (minimum US$20), click on Apply and your transaction will be processed. If successful the requested funds will be deposited in your ECash Direct Account.

  3. Once there are funds in ECash Direct Account you can play for real money. Exit the ECash Direct Electronic Cash menu and enter the game you wish to play. You can access the games either by clicking on the multiplayer game in the casino floor, or by using the Game Menu pop up menus

  4. Withdrawing

    Withdrawals are made online, in real time, and are secured by the ECash Direct (UK) Ltd security system. As an Poker player you can rest assured knowing that 100% of each customer's balance is available for immediate withdrawal subject to PIN number verification and promotional requirements.

    • To withdraw funds from your ECash Direct Account go into the cashier, and click on withdraw.
    • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your account, your permanent PIN number , and then click Apply.
    • Your transaction will be processed and, if successful, the funds will be withdrawn from your account.

TeleBuy is a secure, hassle-free method of deposit offering a simple e-check payment system that only requires your bank account information and a telephone. THE CHARGES DO NOT APPEAR ON YOUR PHONE BILL. There are no hidden fees or long-distance charges when using TeleBuy. The telephone is simply used to confirm your transaction. You must clear your funds with TeleBuy before they can be deposited to your ECash Direct account. TeleBuy takes 2-4 business days to clear funds.

    Basic 900pay
    Deposit funds to your ECash Direct account with Basic 900pay. Basic 900pay is a secure, hassle-free method of deposit offering a simple payment system that charges the deposit to your phone bill - no credit card or bank account required. There are no hidden fees or long-distance charges when using Basic 900pay. All Basic 900pay charges will appear on your phone bill as "NAVAHONTWRKS".

    Who can use "TeleBuy" and "Basic 900pay"?

    TeleBuy and Basic 900pay are currently available for US users only with US Dollar bank accounts in the United States.

    For Basic 900pay you must ensure there is no 900-service block on your line. To test toll-free, call 1-900-993-4141 to determine whether you can get through to 900-numbers. If 900-calls are blocked on your line, contact your service provider to have this removed. (You do not need to do this for TeleBuy.)

What is FirePay?

A FirePay Personal account is a Web-based account that works like a debit card - you deposit money into your FirePay Personal account, and then use the money to purchase goods and services online.

What is NETeller?

NETeller is an online money transfer service. Opening a NETeller account is like using an online wallet. You can deposit and withdraw funds to your ECash Direct account over the Internet. Transfers are quick and easy, there are a large variety of deposit and withdrawal methods and credit card information given to NETeller is kept private from ECash Direct.

Who can use NETeller?

NETeller is available to people worldwide (except certain countries as per NETeller's restrictions). ECash Direct accepts all NETeller accounts at this time.

DEPOSITING FUNDS USING CHECKS

How to Deposit funds by Check

To perform a Check Deposit you need to access the ECash Direct software. Instructions on how to find the ECash Direct main screen are available here.
This is a two-step transaction:

Step 1 involves completing the online deposit form within the ECash Direct system; and,
Step 2 involves delivering a check to ECash Direct

Step 1. To complete the online deposit form you need to specify four pieces of information that you can obtain directly from your check:

  1. Name on check
  2. Amount of deposit in US dollars
  3. Check number (top right hand corner of the check)
  4. Account number (lower line of the check)

To ensure the fastest possible service, the information on your check must match the information keyed onto the online deposit form exactly.

Step 2. Once you have filled out the online form, you must mail your check to:

Make sure you include your six or seven digit account number on the front of your check as a reference, so we know which account to credit when we receive it. Your account number is displayed in the center of the ECash Direct Check Deposit screen.

Deposit Limits

There is a maximum per month deposit limit of US$10,000 or currency equivalent. This is the largest amount of money that ECash Direct will post to your account by check during a single calendar month.

Processing Rules

Transactions are completed during the same business day that an online deposit request and a matching check is received by ECash Direct. The deposited funds are available for use immediately upon completion of the deposit by ECash Direct. If the information provided by you on the online deposit request and the check do not match then an ECash Direct representative will contact you to provide assistance. Common errors include, typing your check number in the account number box and vice-versa. Once you have entered an online deposit request that matches the information on the check, your funds will be posted to your ECash Direct account. There is no fee for using this service.

The address of the check must match the address you have entered in the ECash Direct account. If the information does not match, the check cannot be deposited into the account.

While your funds are available for use immediately, you may not transfer or withdraw funds generated by a check deposit for a period of 30 days after the funds appear on your ECash Direct statement. For purposes of withdrawal or transfer these funds are effectively on hold during this period of time.

A specific example of funds on hold is provided below. Please note that this example relates to a specific case only. Your actual balance and on hold amount may vary depending on promotions, winnings and additional deposit and withdrawal activity.

DEPOSITING FUNDS USING WIRE TRANSFER

Depositing funds by Wire Transfer

Before depositing by Wire Transfer you must have an account number. Once you have created an account with ECash Direct, go to the deposit screen and select the Wire Transfer tab. Your six or seven digit account number will be found there.

To perform a wire transfer deposit you must complete a bank wire transfer document. This is a document available from your bank. The document must be completed with instructions to transfer funds to:

Deposit Limits

There is a maximum per month deposit limit of US$20,000 or currency equivalent. This is the largest amount of money that ECash Direct will post to your ECash Direct account by wire transfer during a single calendar month.

We will not post more than US$20,000 or currency equivalent to your ECash Direct account during a single calendar month. Additional funds will be posted to your ECash Direct account at the beginning of the following month.

Processing Rules

Wire transfer confirmations are generally received with 4-5 business days from our bank. Once we receive the confirmation, the funds will be deposited into the account. Please keep the receipt of your wire transfer for future reference. The fee for using this service is priced by the sender's bank.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your bank wire transfer deposits. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your bank wire transfer deposits are recorded and reported on your ECash Direct statement.

Wire transfer transactions are normally displayed on your ECash Direct statement as ADJ. Please note that while the ADJ transaction code is used to specify a wire transfer transaction it is also used by other types of transactions such as balance adjustments.



  

DEPOSITING FUNDS USING ECP(ACH)

Registering for ECP

To benefit from the advantages that ECP provides an agreement must be processed by ECash Direct to allow ECP transactions with your bank. Click here to access the ECP Registration information page.

Accessing the ECP Deposit Screen

To perform an ECP Deposit you need to access the ECash Direct cashier. To access the ECP deposit function from the ECash Direct main menu click on the Deposit button. The deposit from ECash Direct account screen appears. To access the ECP deposit screen you need to click the By Electronic Check tab.

Depositing Funds by ECP

The Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required in order to authenticate the transaction. The deposited funds are available for use immediately. There is no fee for using this service. In order for the deposit to be completed successfully you must have sufficient funds within your bank account. If you do not have sufficient funds your bank may charge you fees for this transaction.

Deposit Limits

Maximum deposit is US$2,000 per seven business days.

Processing Rules

Transactions are generally completed within one minute of being entered.

The deposited funds are available in your ECash Direct account as soon as the transaction is approved. You may not transfer or withdraw funds generated by an ECP deposit for a period of seven business days (after 12:00pm EST) after the funds have been deposited into your ECash Direct account. The deposited funds are on hold during this period. The following table depicts an example of funds on hold after depositing US$100 or currency equivalent by ECP.

Please note that this example relates to a specific case only. Your actual balance and on hold amount may vary depending on promotions, additional deposit, and withdrawal activity.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your electronic check deposits. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your electronic check deposits are recorded and reported on your bank statement and your ECash Direct statement. ECP transactions are normally displayed on your bank statement as a "pre-authorized payment," with the code TCR (Transfer Credit for Refund) or TDR (Pre-authorized Payment for Deposit Transaction).

ECP deposit transactions are displayed on your ECash Direct statement as ECD.


CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT


You can deposit funds to your ECash Direct account quickly and easily by credit card. The entire transaction is processed electronically - online. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Registering Your Credit Card

Before you can use your ECash Direct account, you will need to register your card. If you have not done so, please click on register your credit card for further information. Once your credit card has been successfully registered, you can start using your ECash Direct account.

Depositing funds by Credit Card

All transactions are in US Dollars. You will need your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to deposit funds into your account. For more information please review the ECash Direct FAQ. New customers are allowed to deposit without the PIN up to a certain amount. If your credit card has been used on the system previously, you may need to receive your PIN before you can deposit.

Deposit Limits

For credit card deposits there are several types of deposit limits currently in place. For example, there is a deposit limit imposed on transactions made prior to receiving your PIN. This limit refers to the largest amount of money that you are able to deposit into your ECash Direct account prior to receiving your PIN by mail. Current deposit limits are displayed within the Transaction Terms Summary located on the ECash Direct Credit Card Deposit screen. There is also a limit on the maximum dollar amount allowed per transaction. This limit refers to the largest amount of money that you are able to deposit into your ECash Direct account by credit card in a single transaction.

The amount of funds deposited toward the weekly deposit limit is reset every Friday at 12:00 EST.

If you would like to increase your deposit limit, please send a blank mail message to credit.request@ecashdirect.net. Specific instructions will be forwarded to your e-mail address.

Processing Rules

Transactions are generally processed within one minute of being requested. The deposited funds are available for use immediately. There is no fee for using this service. All transactions should be listed as purchases on your credit card statement. You may wish to contact your credit card company to ask if there are any fees on their side in processing these transactions.

If you plan to use more than one credit card to deposit funds into your ECash Direct account, you must ensure that your account has a zero balance before changing cards. You can do this by using any remaining funds within the account or withdrawing any remaining funds to the original credit card.

All charges from ECash Direct are classified as Purchases by ECash Direct. However, please be advised that Visa and/or MasterCard may classify these charges as Cash Advances and will charge you accordingly.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your credit card deposits. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your credit card deposits are recorded and reported on your credit card statement and your ECash Direct statement.

Credit card deposit transactions are normally displayed on your credit card statement as from ECash Direct. In some cases, the toll free telephone number is displayed along with the name of the company.

Credit card deposit transactions are displayed on your ECash Direct statement as CCD.
